The Aylesbury office trades as Brown & Lee Clifford Billings, having been formed as a result of a merger in December 2000 of the two well established firms, Brown & Lee (Aylesbury Office) and Clifford & Billings.

The two partners based at Aylesbury have a wealth of experience between them:

Kirk Clifford MA FRICS, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1977.

Peter Bridgman BSc FRICS, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1984.

The partners at the Aylesbury office have a wide range of experience and expertise. In particular the office deals with a significant volume of agency work including advice on property investments and development. Specialist rent review and lease renewal work is undertaken, including representation of clients in referrals to independent experts and arbitrators.
